Title: Multiplex Control Master ??

All push lights are on.  Allied help says need new unit. How is it installed?

Looks simple enough to me.  Just unplug the connectors, unscrew the Controller off the wall, screw on the new one, and plug the connectors in.  I don't know what you've tried so far, but before buying a new Controller, I'd first at least pull and replace the power connector (+12v and PWR GND) to see if it reboots.
