19 degrees???  Where the heck are you?  It's 71 degrees here right now at 5:23 pm with no wind and has been partly cloudy all day.  Please remind me never to go where you are, especially in December.

Behind the battery compartment and in front of the service bay.  It's kid of hidden in that space, but accessible either from underneath, or the battery side.

Gentleman,
Good evening, after a long search I found the culprit solenoid. It was on the left hand side of the battery compartment between the sealed relay as well as the ecm hidden behind the transmission service hose.  (The wx has been demanding outside )  I had enough cable to relocate to another location.
 Good news! Job complete…..started right up this morning @ 19degrees.

Check your wet bay shower valves if they are not closed the hot water will cross over.
