Title: Front tv
Post by: Dale Malquist on September 19, 2017, 02:21:51 AM
2007 Contessa. Lost video to the big tv. Think I may have loosened a cable in the back of the front tv and need to get access to the back. One responder from another post sent some pics but mine doesn't look the same.

If it's like our Monterey, Dale, you should be able to pop upholstered buttons off the corners of a panel facing the windshield.  There may be a small vent in that panel also removed that way, but with limited access to the rear of the TV.  If the TV is a newer replacement, the installer may have modified the front woodwork, adding wood decorative buttons.  Removing any buttons very carefully by gently prying with a small screwdriver or with a knife blade should reveal rear panel or front framing screws.

You may be able to just pull the molding to reach the plug I have done this a few times during upgrades.
