Title: Trimark Latch Part Number, for Basement doors, 2000 Patriot Thunder

In searching for the part number for a replacement latch for the basement compartment doors on our 2000 Patriot Thunder.

I called Trimark Door Systems, parts department, and then emailed photos of the broken latch.  The latch broke at the embossment, well it did last 21 years.

The next day I received a reply from Abby at Trimark Parts.  Great service.

The Part number is, 11812-37 this is a Series 30-0450.  Trimark's price is $65.40 each, plus shipping.  But they are back-ordered with a 2-3 week delay.

I did a quick search found them at Pacific RV Mirrors for $55.00 each with free shipping in stock.

I have purchased from Jack at Pacific Rv Mirrors, in AZ in the past, he responds quickly.

You are correct the link is broken, not sure what happened maybe he pulled it off his website.

I did successfully purchase 2 that is arriving tomorrow.

I search for another way to purchase, found many options on Amazon, and others.
