Title: 2002 Patriot Floor Heating Grills
Post by: Jack W Hannah on December 08, 2023, 11:58:55 PM
There are two identical grills at the base of my bathroom sink cabinet. One has the expected fan/heat-exchanger assembly as part of my Hydro-Hot system and the one directly under the dirty clothes hamper is empty.

Is this the way the coach came from the factory or am I missing something?

Thank you.

Mine has a similar set up, with one acting as a heat source and the second to allow air circulation for the plumbing under the shower to keep it from freezing.  At least that is my theory of why the grate is located there.

I thought it was the inlet for the air heated by the Aquahot and exhausted through the other grate.

Yes, One is discharge heat from the heat exchanger and the other is the return air to be recirculated.
