We have a great North facing fully covered lot at Happy Trails we would like to rent for 3 months Oct-Dec.

Many BAC members have lots there for snowbirding... on my wish list someday.

Jeff,
Happy Trails is in Surprise Az. (NW Phoenix area). We have a monthly pot luck dinner there in the winter that I am usually at even though my house is about 10 miles away. There is also a golf course, numerous swimming pools, and tennis/pickle ball courts.
