Title: Replace Vanity lighting

I would like to replace the vanity lighting on our 04 Monterey.
The existing lights are an unusual size ( 16" x 3" )  and I haven't found anything that fits.
Has anyone replaced these lights and what did you find that fits and covers the 3 attachment holes and the 1" electrical hole.
I would like to replace with LED but will consider incandescent as well.

Replace the bulbs with LED lights and leave the fixtures in place.

David & Steve,
The Brushed stainless steel base plate is rusting due to steam from shower. That is primary reason I wanted to replace.
Secondary is to switch to LED.
So far the LED bulbs I have seen on internet are not very attractive.
I have thought about refinishing the base but don't know where to get a Brushed SS finish or at what cost.
