Post by: William Brosam on September 12, 2013, 05:04:07 PM
So i had the coach plugged in at an rv park while i was out of country for 3 weeks, came home to fridge spoiled and not working.

heat exchanger was very hot outside, there is a fan installed but was not plugged in i wired it in for a while twisted wires.

let it cool off and tried it a few times does not work on A/C power but does work on Propane, not as cold on propane but it is working.

any ideas 4 door norcold in 2000 beaver patriot

Bill,
If you had the reefer in the Auto mode, it should have switched to propane if it sensed loss of AC. Thus, reefer is detecting AC present. Sounds like you have a bad control board or blown fuse in the power control module. If memory serves me correctly, there is a 20A fuse and a resettable fuse link. Should show them in your owner's manual
