Title: Cable Master Power Cord Reel

Lately I've been have a spot of difficulty reeling in the power cord.  When we got the coach it pulled the cord in perfectly but this last year the cord has started slipping when retracting.  This is worse when it's cold and the cord is stiff so I have to give it a push and a wiggle to get it moving again.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

There should be a spring-loaded tension adjustment screw, perhaps with a yellow knob, near the top rear and to one side, that tightens the drive roller's grip on the cord.  Turn that clockwise as the unit operates until the cord retracts as it should, but don't overtighten.  Fully extend and then clean the cord of accumulated dirt.  Then stow a paper towel or old rag nearby to loosely hold around the cord as it comes in each time, so dirt and ground moisture are removed before it gets to the mechanism.
