Hello Fred  finally traced down problem with stats   The 5 button was blowing 10A fuse  I had a spare stat. That solved problem 
the fuse was on wire marked CKT-4 PNC OR L.  The model #630516.321  Ser #50135588.
Do u know if this unit is compatible with 10 button stat   if not will try to find 5 button for spare.  thanks so much for your help

We don’t have a solar array and it is a regular king size mattress. Taking the mattress and board off is so much more logical than our first thought of through the storage under the bed. I’m going to look through all the diagrams in the manual again and see if there is a pump or other mechanism under there it is a constant click almost like a time bomb- yikes!!!

I'm not familiar with the lay out of your coach IE what's under the bed I assume you have a double slide coach with a bed  slide .
 a little bit more information might help us determine what might be the origin of your noise.
You stated it may be related to your battery and inverter problems.
At what frequency does the clicking happen is it constant or intermittent do you have a solar set up.

What you may be hearing is the big boy solenoid cutting in and out this sometimes happens in systems setup with a solar array.
Let me explain
The big boy is used to combine you two battery banks ( chassis and house ) for charging purposes or to provide a battery boost while starting the coach via the boost switch at the drivers station.
The big boy solenoid is controlled by a small electronic box called a B.I.R.D or bidirectional isolator relay delay to achieve the charging function
In short what the bird does is monitor the voltage of each battery bank separately and when it sees that one bank or the other is receiving a charge voltage above a preset voltage approx 13.2 volts it commands the big boy solenoid to operate connecting the two battery banks together and following them to be charged as one battery bank by the available charging source weather that was the inverter or solar on the house battery side or the engines alternator on the chassis battery side.
This system is reliant on the bird seeing a good charge voltage of approx 13.2 volts or more for a more than a set period of time let's say two minutes this is to allow the charging system to stabilize and to avoid the solenoid from opening and closing repeatedly.
The problem  comes when one battery bank is heavily discharge ( in this case likely the chassis bank ) in this case the bird does what is supposed to and connects the two battery banks to charge then as one but if the one bank is heavily discharged this causes the charge voltage to be drawn down below the preset 13.2 volt threshold and the bird then allows the big boy to drop out as it no longer recognizes a viable charge voltage.
Of course at this time the charge voltage is still present on the house battery bank and without the extra draw from the chassis bank the voltage jumps back up to an acceptable charge voltage 13.2 volts or more and the bird then commands the big boy to close again connecting the two battery banks and the cycle continues.
This is common in a system using a solar array because often the solar array will provide a marginal charge voltage depending on the amount of sun it's getting .
You may also what to check the operation of the Big Boy solenoid as they are known to develop dirty contacts inside them .
There is an article in the COMMON PROBLEMS section on how to disassemble and clean the contacts in the big boy.

Do you have a King Air bed? The mechanism for it lies directly under the pillow area. Access it by removing the mattress and the board at the head of the bed

Right under the pillow of our bed we are hearing a constant clicking sound. We have raised the storage area and checked but whatever is under there is securely built in. Does anyone know what is under there before we start de-constructing the whole area? We have been having issues with our house batteries and inverter and think we are coming to terms with that. But it all might be related.... if I only knew what was under there. I have found no references anywhere!

The fuel gauge should be a standard 2 inch 90 ohm fuel almost any of them would substitute but if you want one of the original ones to match your going to have to go for a used one from a salvage yard you could try Visone RV salvage or Colaws RV .

I believe your gauges look like this one but not sure.
Here's one from Visone but it' pricey.

For your florescent lights if we are talking about the small two tube 12 volt ceiling units if the lenses are in good shape I would convert them to LED strips and eliminate the ballasts. I did all of mine and they work great.

As for those puck lights you can check to see if Steve Huber or Roy Boles have any new ones left.

Thanks Eric, I bought the gauge from NW RV Supply. I'm not sure if the bezels can be exchanged so the one I bought has a metal bezel to match the other gauges, I don't think the font is the same but close, so I'm going to go with it.

As to the flor lights, actually I think some, if not all, have them have been converted to LED already, where I'm in trouble with them is some of my lenses are in pretty rough shape so I'm looking for a source there. I'm pretty sure I've run the part number before with no success.

I'll check with these 2 fine gentlemen and see about the puck light lenses, its not a "must have" but a "it'd be nice to have". The most farthest buried puck light in the back corner above the stove top is the one missing the lens now. Kinda out of the way and not in my face all the time.

As an aside, wondering around RV Elite Parts, I found a Beaver Grab Handle that mounts to the outside. The one that is there is an Admiral and its shattered.

Ok Guys, Happy New Year! I'm grateful for all of your help. Someone mentioned in this or another thread; "Bringing another Beaver back to life." Its interesting and fun but, I don't want to wear out my welcome here so I'm judicious about my questions. Which is good, in these cases I research harder and learn more.

Now, as to the fuel quantity, the connectors are good, I have 12vdc and a good ground at the gauge, 9.3vdc from the sender with 43 ohms.

I'm thinking bad gauge. It has a number on the back (from what I can see), it doesn't pull up on the internet in a search. Anyone know a number?

I'm missing a halogen puck light lens, I've been running that number too to no avail.
I also need a few fluorescent light lenses, I've gotten no where with those searches too. Anyone have a number for that?

I'm getting ready to take her out on a run for a couple weeks so until I have a good fuel qty indication, I make frequent stops for diesel. Just a shorty up to Hot Springs, looks like a nice area so I'm looking forward to it.  I'm staying close to the 333 rule so as to not run it out of fuel. This is no problem as it gives me a chance to get out and stretch/walk around.
