I HAVE A 2007 BEAVER MARQUIS MOONSTONE THAT HAS NO HOUSE 12 VOLT...THE TECH'S AT CAMPING WORLD HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX IT. THEY REPLACED A SOLENOID IN THE REAR PANEL IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY CUT OFF SWITCH AND STILL NO GOOD. ANY ADVICE? THANKS, KEN NO POWER TO ANY OF THE SWITCHES

Have you checked the salesman switch at the entry door? Is it on? I believe there are two solenoids in the run bay in the engine compartment that are controlled by the salesman switch. One controls the multi plex 12 volt system, the other the rest of the 12 volt coach related items. Be careful with who you let work on these systems, one misplaced probe to ground can be a big problem. Hope this helps

Frank, thanks for your information...I have had our RV at a CW for 7 months and they seem lost !!! I tried to pick it up twice and everything they fixed never worked ...I sent a new battery disconnect switch and the tech replaced one solenoid in the rear panel... I have been trying to speak with someone at CW but no one seems to want to talk with me...I live about 5 hours away from CW and this makes dealing with them very difficult... Thanks again, Ken

Sorry to hear your troubles with CW. Doesn’t surprise me. I would pick up my coach from these guys and find someone that is better versed on a high end coach. Let us know where you are located and hopefully someone will chime in with a recommendation in your area. Good luck.
