Title: Paint color code
Post by: Gary Merrifield on July 07, 2018, 07:54:37 PM
Where can I get the paint code for my coach? Had to replace the waste water hose door and I need to paint it.

The exterior paint color scheme, colors and color codes in our coach are located on the back of an upper cabinet door over the kitchen countertop.  For example, our exterior paint design scheme is called veranda and has four colors - brown, tan, light emerald green and dark emerald green.  The paint is called Diamont.

I recently called the REV Group and the woman emailed me a three page document showing the paint scheme of my coach the color codes and pigment percentages.  I misplaced the phone number but it was given to me by the service department of Beaver Coach Sales in Bend Oregon.  My painter used this info to do a perfect three color match on my bay doors.

Did you check the back wall of the bedroom wardrobe closet?

The following link was information I found the first time I was looking for touch-up paint for our coach.  The firm who supplied Beaver with the paint, Industrial Finishes, has records of each coach with its paint scheme, colors and paint codes.  If I recall correctly, you can tell Industrial Finishes your VIN, or paint scheme and coach year, and they can look up the information for your coach.  And they made up a pint of each color for me... they weren't cheap either.

Gary,
You may get a closer match by taking your removable reefer panel to a paint shop for color matching. That will ensure the new paint matches your current paint color taking any fading that has occurred into account.

Thanks for all the replies. I ended up taking it to a shop and having them scan it and colormatch it.
