Title: Hydraulic pump rebuild or replace
Post by: Ron Davis on May 14, 2022, 04:33:48 PM
This is the Sauer pump that runs. Off the magnaloy adapter connected to the 3126 engine…. I replaced the adapter last year and now the pump is showing it’s age and leaking worse.  There a seemingly a lot of Hydraulic shops in the area I am in right now so considering pulling it and swapping for a rebuilt one or getting this one rebuilt….  I cannot find anywhere what model it is so if anyone know that will be helpful in the conversations Monday.  Thanks.

Not sure if this will help but I had oil leaks on my Hydraulic Fan Motor on a 06 Monterey. I ended up pulling it apart and found matching o-rings and an Ace hardware store and Harbor Freight. Rebuilt it for less than $40. The first time I ran the rig, it overheated, fortunately I had taken a picture of the adjusting screw, returned it to that position and it ran great since.
