We recently had to replace our Big Boy Battery Isolator and found significant cost differences. RV Parts Express had the best prices by over $100.00 less than other suppliers. They also had the best price on a BIRD replacement. Their phone number is 844-978-7278 or check their prices on the internet

Thanks for the info.
They show a Big Boy "Battery Disconnect" p/n 00-00507-512 (rated for 200A) https://rvpartsexpress.com/product/intellitec-big-boy-12volt-battery-disconnect-relay-200-amp-00-00507-512/

Big Boy "Battery Isolator" p/n 77-90006-120 (rated for 200A). https://rvpartsexpress.com/product/big-boy-battery-isolator-relay-77-90006-120/
What's the difference - which one does the Beaver use?
I think the "Isolator" is what we use as the description says it is meant to separate two "battery systems" (i.e. chassis and house).
If that's correct, this would be the first time the part I need is the cheaper of the two choices. :)

Mike, They are the same Relay 200 amp, That is the one I have in our 06 Patriot Thunder, you will find prices all over the board, I think I paid around $170 last yr for a new one. If you get a new one take the old one apart and clean the contacts and it will be good as new.
