Use either a portable charger or start the generator (using a jumper from a battery if it won't start due to low batteries) to charge up the two coach banks of batteries.
Especially if the house batteries are low, DO NOT use the coach engine and its alternator to charge them up. The demand on the engine's alternator will cause the alternator to overheat and blow a diode(?) leaving the alternator dead. Replacing the alternator will cost several hundred dollars. Been there, done that! I have heard recommendations for allowing the generator to run to charge for 30 to 60 minutes before starting the coach's engine.
