Not sure if the 06 has the same system as the earlier beavers. If so check out the Acme AC diagram in the HVAC section of Coach Assist. There is a board with a series of relays on it that control the dash AC, dash fans, etc. Sorry but I don't remember its location.

As Steve was saying the earlier models used ACME A/C dash units .
In most fan control system there will be a dash mounted fan speed control switch and a blower resistor mounted in blower housing .
In the case of the early Beaver coaches how ever that resistor is divorced and mounted lower just below the driver's side frame rail behind the front cap on the fire wall.
The Blower resistor consists of three or four heavy wire wound elements and a thermal fuse which looks like a diode
I don't know why Beaver decided to mount the resistor where they did on these units but by doing so the resistor no longer has the benefit of the air flow it would have had if it where mounted in the blower housing.
To make a long story short if the thermal fuse is blown the blower speeds won't work.
In these earlier coaches the resistor was mounted in a perforated cage and was a Ford part used in a 1980 Ford F100 with A/C
If that is what your coach has the part number on it should read. D8BH-19A706-AB
Here is a link with a picture for clarity.
