2005 Monterey. Where would I find the Block Heater cord, to plug in the Block Heater. I thought I looked in all the right places, but I can't find it.

John,
Are you sure that your coach is equipped with an electric block heater? Most AquaHot equipped coaches are designed to use the AquaHot system to preheat the engine.

Gerald,
Thank you for that info. Maybe that is why I couldn't find the heater cord. I'm trying to learn as much as I can about this new to me coach, and I thank you for your always great attention to this forum to help us out.
Thanks again.

Hello John
My '06 Monterey has an Aquahot, but does not have the engine preheat circuit, as that was an option on the Aquahot. If you have a rocker switch labeled "block heater" or similar (mine is on the panel that the transmission controller is on) then you most likely have an electric block heater. On my coach the cord, and plug, for this function is under the bed.

John,
Ours is under the bed also. Switch is on the panel with the exhaust brake shift selector and so on.
Switch lights up when we I turn it on so, I assume it works.

Friend with a 1993 Patriot had his on a wall next to his electrical braker switches.

Thanks again for all your help. My coach, 2005 Monterey, does not use the Hydro-Hot to heat the engine block. I did find the plug for the block heater under the bed, so another problem solved by you gentlemen on this form.

PS: the Hydro-Hot model # HHE-200E-09E does heat the engine Block, but Model # HHE-500-09M does not.
Info for future questions.
