Has anyone had service work done at Alliance RV in FL? How was it?
Thanks.

I have used Alliance in Florida a couple of times and have been extremely pleased with their professionalism and knowledge about how to fix coaches. It's kind of nice to be able to be with the technician at your coach while the work is being done, either to understand what is taking place or to be of assistance to the technician in describing the characteristics of a problem. (In other words, instead of kicking you out like the other shops do ... they invite you to be present.)
They are a little more expensive (hourly rate) than other shops typically are ... but for a difficult problem I'd definitely go to them. (But, for minor stuff, I'd find a cheaper shop.)

I have had my coach to them several times and found the service department to be excellent. As stated, they aren't cheap, but do very good work. They just sold my Contessa for me.

I have had my 2001 Contessa serviced there, used my GSESP there as well. They do about everything there is to be done there too.
I believe the current labor rate is $120 an hour.....they take most service plans, and are very efficient.
I have Mike Witte for my service advisor and he's outstanding.

I think we looked at the Contessa when we were there recently!
