Anyone know the brand name of the window day/night shades in our 2007 Contessa? need some plastic wheels the string hooks to.

In my 2004 (Monaco built) Marquis the blinds were made by Hunter Douglas. I recently had to have a motor changed out because it would not open the Roman shade. It would close just fine, but not open (lift) it. I contacted the Dealer Service Center (DSC) in Arvada, CO (essentially Denver) for the change. The DSC located a new motor and installed it, then returned the shade to me at my home address. How I found out who made the shade was to remove it from the window. On it I found a sticky mailing label with the manufacturers product ID info. The cost was just under $150, not including my freight to send it UPS to Arvada. I found "DSC Window Fashions" using a Google search on the internet for contact info.

If the cord spool is what you're referring to Dale, I don't think they are necessarily specific to one brand. There are a few sources online, such as at the links below, and perhaps at RV dealers like BCS.

When you go to put new ones on, you might make a half turn around the spool after knotting through the holes. Mine were mounted at the factory without that step, and the stress is all on the spools' rim holes. The plastic is thin around the holes and easily breaks. A wrap around the spool transfers the strain of the cord to the spool hub. I've even drilled new holes in the rims of my broken spools when I couldn't readily get new ones. Taking wraps around the hub may require screwing the spool to the wall in a slightly different spot to maintain proper cord tension.
