Doug,
are you sure that one of the hose connections are not leaking? Things are awful tight under there. Also, what kind of clamps do you have? If they are tension clamps instead of screw type, that may be where they are leaking. Hope this helps.

Thanks guys, I took it to a radiator shop, they said they would pressure test to find if there is a leak.  So, will see what they find.
Also, clamps are screw type.  By the looks of all the antifreeze and where it was, it sure points to the core.
As far as the cozy III, mine has three outputs for the vents it would take reconfiguring a lot to make work.
Hoping for shop to fix.

Doug,
John Carrillo had a triple outlet core on his website a while back. I just looked and could not find it. If yours is not repairable you might give him a call. Here is his web site. https://heatmyrv.com/  Hope this helps.

We Replaced that unit last spring.  There are photos on this forum of this proceedure.
The cozy lll is a good unit for under the dash between the front seats but not in the kitchen.  My last contact with John Carillo was he couldnt get these.
Ours came from the manufacturer and was about $300 complete with new squirrel cage fan and 3 speeds.
I will post the contact for this unit Thursday first chance.
FYI;
1)  The two hose connections are on the right end.  The fan on new unit makes it want to go the other end which wont work in our coach.  Yours may be different.
2)  Remove the fan on the new unit and flip it over and reattach.  This gives you just enough room to get the new unit in all the way.  Its the shape of the fan housing.
3)  The three ducting tubes were rotted but Home Depot has foil ones.
4)  The dash heat exchanger and the one in the kitchen are linked so dont be surprised if that starts leaking.  Ours did.

Ok so Carol posted a bunch of pics and the info on the heat exchanger mfgr.  Can't seem to find them.
We went through a radiator shop in Corvallis Or. Called 'Wacoma radiator'.
They ordered this heat exchanger for us.

Radiator Shop found the leak and repaired.  Installed and so far no leak
Panicked with cold weather at hand.  Thank goodness for Heat Pumps. :)
