Interlock Relay
« on: June 05, 2022, 03:16:37 PM »
In my electric bay under the driver window there is K10 Interlock Relay. Does anyone know what this would control? Does it have to do with the slides?

Also, what do the numbers mean on the relay? 85-86 87a-30 87?

I'd post pics but can't get the file size down to 300kb!

Yes, I think that’s the relay that keeps the slides from being moved when the ignition is active.  Though I didn’t see diagrams for your Contessa there, the wiring for a 2002 Patriot on page 33 identifies its K10 tied to the slide power switch and ignition.  I.e., one or the other can be on but not both at once.
