Yes I had the exact same story with HWH. Called and they took my number down and said someone would call. I called back twice and was given the same answer they gave you and said they had a number of people out with COVID. Finally they called back three weeks later from # 563-724-3396. By this time I had already purchase used on eBay so I never called them back. Hopefully that number helps you the person who called was Brianna.

On my 2005, to access the HWH mechanism, you remove the side wood trim panels on both sides (pop out the two wood plugs and remove the attaching screws) then remove the white aluminum strip. The HWH mechanism is then exposed.

In response to your question on HWH;
We were getting ready to depart last Friday and discovered that our coach would not go into travel mode. I researched various items on the forum and
found a reference to HWH (563-724-3396).  I called and explained my situation and was assured that some one would call me back shortly.  Having read horrible stories on call backs I was skeptical, but I received a call back within 45 minutes.  The HWH rep walked me through several checks before confirming that the circuit board was the issue. Then he went on to explain how to get the coach in travel mode to continue our trip.
Very impressive to say the least!

BTW;  The way to get the coach in travel mode is well documented on the BAC forum!
