I verified I have voltage going to the fan on the red wire and ground on the black wire coming out of the fan. Where would I find a fan ?  Looks challenging to pull the front panel to get to the fan. Thanks for all your help. If I do the change I will try to take pictures.

I think it may be a 4" muffin fan, 12volt. Measure across the face to be sure. I took a quick look on google and here is some that are available. Fred

In addition to Amazon, Home Depot caried them a few years ago and probably still does. Just be sure you get a 12v unit and not an AC one. Removing them can be a real PIA.
