TSD Logistic fuel card alert

We recently used our fuel card at a new card lock operator listed on the Open Road app which had the best diesel price. The Company listed was Quick Fuel by Flyers. However the price they charged was 30 cents a gallon more than the app price . I called TSD Logistic and they gave me a credit towards our next purchase and indicated they were having difficulty in getting Flyers to correct their pricing. TSD reccomend to avoid flyers until they can correct this issue

TSD is nowhere the deal it was when we joined 2-1/2 years ago
We sometimes would receive a $.70 discount off of $2.50 fuel
With the current prices $.40 off of $5.50 is more the norm
We use a combination of apps to find the best deal now

First of all how did you get in touch with someone at TSD? Last year, I attempted to sign up but had questions. I called every extension on their listed phone number. It was completely automated with many loop backs. So I gave up.

If they were not able to provide a genuine person to answer a question, then they don't need my business. Besides, I question this "savings". It seems to me I can simply pull up to a truck pump, go inside and tell the cashier that I'm NON-Commercial and they don't tax me the .26c/gal commercial use rate. That right there is a big chunk of savings off the posted price at the pump.
