fresh water dump valve
« on: November 26, 2022, 07:16:50 PM »
anyone know how to get at the fresh water dump valve on a 99 Marquis?  Mine is leaking and I assume it needs replaced.  I cannot see it from under the coach, just the end of the drain pipe. The push pull handle is in the forward passenger side bay.

On my 2002 Marquis you follow the push pull rod back to the PVC pipe coming down from the tank. Mine is very visible.

   Rick,
My freshwater tank dump valve is halfway up from the compartment floor just next to the forward bulkhead in the storage compartments. You may need to cut it out with a hack saw and replace it with something similar and add a coupler or use a "no hub" connector to get it in the same location. Just make sure the discharge pipe stays below the floor. Fred
