Need amber lens covers for running lights on front cap above windshield

I have a few lens covers on the running light above the windshield that are cracked.  I'd like to replace the lens covers, but can also replace the entire light if necessary.  I just can't find them anywhere.  Does anyone know where I can get them?

  Etrailer has them. Part# MCL82AB  4 1/2" by 1 5/8" amber with LED bulbs if that is the same dimensions. Fred
