HWH COMPUTERIZED LEVELING
« on: June 06, 2023, 08:19:51 PM »
My 2006  Monterey is still in-op, although moving in the right direction. I special thank you to Steve Huber with lots of help.

My Leveling uit, appears to have no power and is not working?

Is there a fuse I can check on, and if so where is it located?

The fuses are in the control module located in the front electrical bay (side wall or ceiling).

When I spoke with HWH they said there is a module with four red wires a black wire and I believe a white wire. The four red wires should each have 12 volt when the key is on. I have a mobile RV service coming tomorrow to check this out. Once it is determined if voltage is present we are to call HWH and speak with the gentleman again. HWH gives you a reference number so when you call back they look up the notes pertaining to the reference number and tell you the next steps to follow.

Today the RV technician spoke with HWH and was directed to check voltage at several locations. It appears to be a bad relay. A new relay is being located and all should be well. Once HWH determined a mobile tech was involved and this tech was known to their system the response was much better than had it been just me.
