We have the opposite problem. Ours is foggy or doesn't work at all when we first turn it on but then becomes foggy and then clearer in an hour or two of driving. We have not idea what causes this other than it's time for a new camera.

We had problems and cured them by cleaning the connections.

We had similar problem, but after an hour or so it would go blank. I found the connection, in the wall behind the bedroom closet, was almost unpluged. I to cleaned the connections and put electrical tape on to hold them together. No problems since.

I have a 98 Marquis, and when cold, I cannot see anything in the monitor. After warming up, gets better, but never good. I replaced the camera and monitor, but only minor improvement. Any suggestions?
