Aladdin Readouts not working

Hi everyone - I just became a new member.  I have a 2004 40' Patriot Thunder with the CAT C12.  I normally keep it plugged in at my house.  After having the unit serviced at a dealer for a few weeks and no charge, the batteries went low.  The auto generator start worked but the dealer must have turned it off.  From then on the Aladdin system readouts for all tank levels, electrical & engine are xxxx.  I have re-set the system & checked the modules that are located behind the panel on the starboard side hatch.  All batteries have full power and everything else in the coach works.  The Aladdin joy stick still controls the other settings fine, just no signals for the tanks etc. The dealer can't help.  Any help?

Try turning the unit off & on with the engine running?

I tried that & nothing.  I have re-booted the computer by the reset & also have cut all battery switches off & back on.  I was incorrect on the 1st post...I do have all engine readouts and all video controls.  i just don't have any tank levels or any electrical readings or outside temp / compass heading.  This happened once before but my good friend that reset it is now very ill and doesn't recall how he got it to re-set.  He says it just happened.
