I often monitor the amps used per leg on the Aladdin. It's a good way to get an idea what device uses what amps, and learn to manage electric use. The fridge, the electric side of the HydroHot, the battery charger, or even the coffee pot's hot plate often cut in and out of a circuit, cycling and taking it over its limit unexpectedly. As mentioned, you have to be more vigilant while on 30 amp park power.
It's also a good idea to set your inverter control panel to match whatever power level you are hooked to at each campsite. My Magnum has multiple settings from 15 amps to 50.
