Magnum Chassis Intelli Drive
« on: March 13, 2010, 12:29:50 PM »
Our '98 Patriot has the Magnum chassis with the "IntelliDrive" electronic system on the dash. I am looking for any info. on proper use of this and or a manual someone might copy for me.
Thanks!

Most of us who had the Intelli drive system replaced them with a SilverLeaf model  They have a lot more features and still can give you help and service.  They used to make one that would drop right into the same slot.

Check out their web site

I don't know if they can still do it or not  but when I had my 1998 Monterey I called Monaco in Coburg, OR. They mailed me a manual free of charge. With the big shake up and now being a Navistar company it may be hard to get one. My Intelli drive worked just fine but did not have as many features as the Silverleaf. Then again it was paid for and I couldn't justify the price of the Silverleaf just for a couple of more options. Now my 02 Thunder has the Silverleaf and I do like it much better.  Marty

We were able to buy the Silferleaf a lot cheaper from a google search than from Silverleaf. Like it much better. You can get fault codes and total mileages and a whole lot of other stuff. Sold the Mag ID to someone in texas and sent the manual with it. Change out took no time.
