Water Pressure drop after initial full pressure

I have been experiencing a drop in water pressure inside our RV after turning on a valve or facet. I initially get full pressure but it drops off considerably after a moment.
I am currently at a Park with 50 psi water pressure so that's not the issue. I have a water filter and water softener connected to the water hose.
I removed the water filter first, still had drop in water flow within RV. I then removed both filter and softener with only hose in place, still had drop in water flow within RV.
My 5/8 hose is larger than when originally purchased, we were in an area where temp's were over 95 degrees for most of a month and it's clear the hose has expanded.
Can you blow out a hose and effect water pressure? I don't know what else it could be as water pressure is fine when I use electric water pump so the issue is not within RV.

It is my understanding there is a built in water pressure regulator behind the water bay panel.  That could be what is causing the reduced pressure when connected to a faucet.

The fitting that you screw the hose into on your panel is the regulator. I recommend an exterior high flow regulator at the water source also. These work pretty well and are adjustable.

Sureflo has a redesigned higher flow version that is 65PSI. This has improved or solved most low water flow complaints in our RVs. You unscrew the old one and remove the hose and transfer it to this fitting, you should not need to remove the panel to change this out.

Chuck, Thanks - The pressure regulator was there when I bought coach but began to leak so I removed it. I have a pressure gauge/regulator attached to the water filter but it was disconnected at same time I began to remove hardware from line to narrow down my problem.
It is either the water hose or main water supply dropping after initial operation. I am at The Elks Lodge in Petaluma and have not experienced a drop in pressure when staying here in the past.

Darrel, one thing that comes to mind is that your problem is not the pressure but the flow.  The fact that you get an initial surge of flow does suggest that the static pressure in the system is OK but as the flow increased the dynamic or working pressure drops.  This could simply be that there are other demands on the park water system or an internal restriction in your water supply.  It's not unheard of for a water hose to have a section of the inner wall loosen and cause a blockage.  Look far a bulge or soft spot.  Also, if you have an inlet strainer in the washer, you might pull it and check for debris.

If you have the same problem on the internal pump than look at the faucet aerators..they may have some issues.

I just checked with a couple other people in Park and they are experiencing similar issues. One guy is filling his water tank and using his electric pump to improve flow.
I expect as we are in California and due to drought issues the Elks have cut back water supply to the RV Park.
