Really discouraging - the story continues

Ok so estimates came in all over the map.... I have decided to go with a new door made by Beaver Coach Sales- unpainted new door $700 plus shipping. I figure if these guys can't get it right, probably nobody can.

Update, I spoke with Mike Preemus at BCS today just to be sure we are all on track. He indicates that all is on schedule. So far these guys get Top rating for communication and price. It could be that I have my parts before the end of the month.

Next chapter:
I got a huge box via ups today. The door came but the panel I ordered with it was not in the box. I called the guys at BCS and they investigated... It seems that the fab shop left out the second panel. Mike was quick to call back and tell me it will ship Thursday. I fitted the door tonight - only took about 30 minutes to have it working perfect after I got the old hinge off. It almost fit perfect.
Now back to waiting on the last piece. After I fit it, then disassemble it all and paint the new parts.
