Bed Tilt Sleep System

I recently ran across a web site for a company in Yuma that is offering a retro fit bed tilt sleep system.  This system appears to allow the bed to slide towards the head while it's lifting the head at an angle.  Seem pretty nifty but I wonder it something like that is possible on the older Beavers with our rear slide that is simply a piece of wood sliding on rollers.  Also wonder if anyone besides the folks in Yuma do a retrofit.
