    can anyone ell me what leveling system is used on my 1999   patriot thunder ?

My guess is that you'd look to the left, down, and back from the driver's seat on the panel which has the transmission shift on it, and see if its like mine and says HYD and AIR.  If it does then have both air and hydraulic leveling but if one isn't there then you only have the other.

Mine is air/hydraulic made by HWH Corp, 2096 Moscow Rd. Box 0183, Moscow, Iowa 52760.  800-321-3494.
Don't know if they are still there or still in business. I have a manual and quick start guide if you need it.  Hope this helps.

HWH is still in business and at this same address......if you call them usually you have to leave a message and they will call you back...eventually!

Unless your 99 Patriot has both air and hydraulic leveling, it should not have a HWH system. There were several leveling systems installed on that era of Beaver coaches, but most of that era of Patriots with only hydraulic leveling used the RVA system.
