Hello,
I have a question regarding the CMP Chassis Battery sensor, the Chassis battery reading is 0.3V. It doesn't matter what state the system is in, meaning plugged in, engine running, gen set running or all systems off. The house batteries reading is normal, along with the rest of the systems on the CMP.
During all of the above the dash volt meter is reading 14 v, the Silverleaf runs from 14.3 to 13.2 v or normal.
Using a VTVM the batteries are showing normal, normal charging voltage. The Heart interface seems to be running correctly.
So everything normal except the CMP readout of 0.3 v. My main concern is, can this under voltage reading on the CMP be sent to the Inverter, Isolator or charging system to continue a high rate charge when not needed, causing an overcharge condition?
I am guessing either a bad connection, fuse or sensor failure.
The question is where is the sensor or fuse is located, is there only one connection for CMP electrical sensors thru the Inverter?
I have read all the posts regarding the illusive CMP II, but no luck with addressing this problem.
So any help suggestions or rabbit hole I should follow would be helpful.
Also if anyone has a Block diagram, circuit diagram for the CMP and a manual, that would be wonderful.
Thank you and Safe travels,
