My Allison Transmission issue/repair

OK everyone, I just thought I'd post something here about my issue I had with my Allison Transmission "Do Not Shift" issue that I had-here goes.....
So, I had just come back from a long trip to North Carolina with my coach. Everything was smooth as silk, as it always is. Well, when I pulled into the driveway and I stopped, I realized I had pulled up just a tad too much. When I went to shift into reverse, I got the Do Not Shift light and alarm. It then shifted back into Neutral. After a few days(it was weekend and I had to work next day), I went out to try it again. Same thing-she wouldn't move in reverse. So I called my RV mechanic and he made a house call....a VERY expensive house call. After alot of checking and pulling out the codes he called Stewart Stevenson in Houston. He suggested that I take it to them for repair. He said they're Allison specialists....that's what they do. So, I called Progressive and had it towed there. Well the mechanic drove it in the side yard, and it was doing the same thing. So he pulled it into the bay and pulled the codes. They indicated there was an issue with the C3 pressure switch. They checked it with a gauge and it was normal. They then checked the wiring from TCM to tranny, and it showed on the meter. But when he plugged it all back in he could not duplicate the issue after that. So he recommended running a new C3PS harness. After he did so, he test drove it and no codes were present. His thinking was that one of the pins in the harness was loose, and that unplugging/plugging it back in seemed to fix the problem. He also said that if he didn't run a new harness that more than likely the problem would rear it's ugly head again. So after All that, unplugging it and plugging it back in fixed it. So I told my Family that if I'm ever on my death bed and I start to go south, just unplug me and plug me back in and see if that works. Anyway, I just thought I'd give you my findings on this. Maybe it'll help someone on down the road sometime. Later,
