1999 Marquis tail lights

I am looking to upgrade my tail lights on my '99 Marquis (photo attached) to LED but can't identify the source or type.  Anyone know what tail lights these are and a source for LED's?

In further search of this forum I found reference to my tail light being a Hella 5603 series.  If that is correct then all I need is a source.  Thanks in advance.
