I know this is an old post but in case your still working on the dash heater
As you probably noticed that wiring diagram is for an 05 not a 95
It's close but the water valve on yours is cable driven instead of electrical
And the blower resister isn't in the evaporator box it's on the front cap frame near the drivers head lamp assembly
