Fault code
« on: December 02, 2019, 08:25:17 PM »
I have a Norcold 1200 LRIm refrigerator. Two nights ago during a freezing spell the error codes showed "dc" then "eR". When it warmed up the error codes stopped and the refrigerator has worked normally. Outside temp was in mid 20's. I can't find those codes in my manuals, can anyone identify the codes and possibly explain the reason the refer. acted up?

Batteries are new (5 months) I'm plugged into 50 amps and inverter shows float charge. I don't understand the low voltage issue.  dc makes sense.
