if you go to Coach Assist on the Private Members Only board you will find 1994 and 1996 wiring diagrams. In the 1996 diagrams you'll find a fairly complete set of external lighting diagrams under "1996 Various". Since Beaver/Safari didn't make a lot of changes from year to year, they should be applicable. You may also find relevant info in the 1994 diagrams (I didn't have time to check them). Look at the dates on the diagrams and you can get a pretty good idea of what years they were applicable to.
