Title: carefree mirage and power curtain not working

Hi all,
I'm having a problem with the carefree mirage awning over the curbside living room. It operates with a 3 button Somfy remote. The remote flashes red when I press the buttons but no movement on awning. From watching you tube vids I gather the battery is good also tested it. Also the power curtain doesn't work. I have no power to the curtain. I looked in the book and fuse #8 is supposed to control the curtain but all the fuses are good. I hope somebody has some idea what is happening and if the 2 are connected.
Any help is always most appreciated

I know nothing about your Carefree Mirage awning, but here is a troubleshooting manual.
