I ended up buying 4 rebuilt jacks from Beaver Coach Sales over 3 years.  The local hydraulics shop would not rebuild them. one  leaked then another then... should have bought all 4 at once.  Very pricey, high core charges, system still isn't working but i should have it fixed this summer.

General Hydraulics in St. Louis, Missouri rebuilt my two front jacks on my previous 2002 Beaver Patriot thunder. They took them apart and put new seals in. Did an outstanding job. You can drive your coach there or you may be able to ship your jacks to them for rebuild.

No new jacks available. The ones you have are welded together, need a special shop that would be willing to cut yours open, replace seals, then weld back together. Several years back, there were a few shops that would do this, but do not know if anyone is still repairing these. Best bet is to Google SMC leveling jack repair and see what you can find. Good luck! Three of the four jacks are weeping/leaking.  I hoping to remove the jacks and have them rebuilt at a reputable hydraulic rebuilder.  Does anyone have experience with this approach?  Should I expect the shop to be able to identify and supply seals.  Is anyone aware of possible sources of new old stock jacks?  Just trying to put together a plan.

Servicing the Big Boy is probably needed, but checking the voltage on each side of the Big Boy will tell you if the contacts inside need cleaning. As stated above, if it is the same on each side, or very close, then the Big Boy is operating correctly. Need to check that first, then you can proceed after you determine what it is doing. If operating correctly, then ignition switch would be next, followed by the relay on the starter Circuit Board in the rear run bay. Another thought, do you normally use the boost mode when starting the coach? Can you hear the Big Boy engage when you hold the boost button?

Thanks everyone. It sounds like the starting place is the Big Boy. When it was not starting, the battery boost had no effect, even though the house batteries were also fully charged. If the battery boost is engaged through the Big Boy, that seems to me to be a clue. Thanks again.
