The leak could be coming from the leveling system.  On my 2002 marquis all 4 hydraulic leveling jacks started leaking within about 12 months of each other after 20+ years of not leaking.

The air dump button in my 2002 Marquis, located next to the transmission controls, only works when the ignition switch is in the on position.  The leveling system will dump the air regardless of the position of the ignition switch during automatic leveling.

The relay will be in the electrical bay first bay door on the driver's side
There should be a legend on the wall or door in that bay that tells you what each circuit breaker and relay is.

Zeb,

I really don't have any easy ways for you the verify which line is leaking.  You can disconnect the lines and see which one holds pressure with a gauge screwed it.  Probably best just to visually see the leak maybe with a mirror or camara.

However if you are planning to replace it anyway it may be easier to just replace both lines with new ones running them however they will most easily fit, and then just abandon the old lines. The old lines  may be secured in several places and hard to remove.  Plug the ends on the old ones and hopefully the leak will go away.

Hope this helps some, others may have better ideas.

Technical Support / Isolating Hydraulic Leak Tips

I have a little hydraulic leak coming from in between the frame rails in my storage bay. Does anyone have any tips how I can nail down what hose is leaking and needs to be replaced. I'm not beyond dropping the water tank to find and replace the line, but I'd feel better knowing what line is the issue before hand. I suspect it's the slide, it has walked out 0.75-1" after closing. Short of being the bay watching for the leak and opening and closing the slide repeatedly, does anyone have some wisdom to share?

Well since you ask,

I have already installed a 460 AH Vatrer lithium battery since it was on sale and my old led acid batteries were 5 years old. The battery was $1100 and 4 agm batteries were going to be close to that.

I also plan to install 600 watts of solar, 6-100 watt eco-worthy 12 v panels that were also on sale, I don't remember the exact price, but just under $300.00.  Of course then I needed mounting brackets so just over $300.00.

The two wires from Beaver are heavy enough to use,10ga, to hook up to a charge controller.  I bought a Victron MPPT 100/50 charge controller, also on sale, for about $125.00.  I also have some wiring combiners left over for a different project.   I will need a few other pieces, but less than $100.00.

I plan to clean, seal, and then re-coat my roof before the install, so at least spring if not summer.

With the above set-up I believe I will be able to run my 12 volt refrigerator pretty much indefinitely unless the panels are covered with snow.  This should also keep all the batteries charged.

This is still a plan in progress.  I did install a BIM to protect the alternator, and currently use a trickle charger to keep the chassis batteries charged while the original freedom 15 inverter charges the house battery just fine.  I did have to reconfigure the dip switches, but with the batteries BMS it will charge up to 100% when it decides it is time to charge the  battery.

I am far form an expert so just take this as what I am doing.  There are others here that are much more informed than me so ask questions before you plan yours.  I pieced together the on sale version.

This timely to me.  I am not sure my air dump switch on my 2001 Beaver Marquis Amethyst is working. Could you tell me where this Bosch relay is located?

Thanks,
Mike Sulley
