Title: Induction cooktop
Post by: jeffprupis on December 12, 2019, 05:04:21 PM
I'm sure some of us have replaced the two burner Princess Gourmet cooktop with an induction cooktop. As we've retro-fitted our Norcold with JC Refer's 120v HVAC system we thought we'd replace the propane cooktop with an induction cooktop and go 100% electric. Any recommendations on models? TIA

The best retrofit I've seen is in the Murphy's rig.

I have two portable burners.  One is in the motorhome and the other at our house.  I use them outdoors for hot, sizzle cooking of steaks, chops and fillets.  I've abandon BBQs for a 10" Lodge cast iron pan.

I've never found a dominant brand.  Each time I look, I see new brands.  And, all seem to get pretty good reviews.
