Title: New Material Added to Coach Assist

I added the following to Coach Assist today:

 Equipment Manuals:
   -Smart Wheel Multiplexed Troubleshooting Guide  (THX Peter Whiting)

Common Problems:
   -BIRD-BCC System Operation and Troubleshooting  (THX Scott Shearer)

Wiring Diagrams:
   - Added an index to 2008-2009 Patriot and Marquis Wiring Diagrams (with Kongsberg). 
             I got tired of having to search thru it w/o an index of sheet titles.
