Title: Battery tray paint

I use rattle can truck bed liner spray paint. It is resistant to battery acid and is flexible. You may even find a color that can match you storage bins. I painted my battery tray and compartment 5 years ago and still no rust or corrosion from battery acid. A simple rinse with baking soda and water, then wash off with clean water and the tray looks like new.

This is Timely! as we have just purchased 4 new Lifeline 6v batts to replace the cheep golf cart batteries that were installed literally hours before we signed for the coach. They were not kind to the tray, and will need prior cleaning before the Lifelines can be placed into service.
