Title: Duotherm thermostat
Post by: Don and Kathy DuCharme on October 11, 2020, 02:05:40 AM
Our front AC recently ceased to function. The thermostat shows EE. When I try to reset I get the FF but as soon as I release the buttons it goes back to EE. The thermostat works fine when I put it on the bedroom circuit, and when I put the bedroom thermostat on the front circuit it also does not work. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Not worried about the Ac at the moment, but the furnace function also does not work.

The furnace part on the thermostat doesn't work?  Have you pushed the reset on the Aqua Hot?  Do all the lights come on on the AH panel in the bay?
Perhaps reset all power at the same time after 30 seconds and then hit the reset on the AH board?

Don, try cleaning or replacing the telephone connection that communicates from the thermostat to your AC. It is located inside your AC from the inside of your coach. You also can check that you have power to your AC with a multimeter at the junction box in the same area.

Thanks Keith, I don't think there is a problem with the AH since it works fine with the bedroom thermostat. I will check the communication line to the AC.
