Title: Who makes the wiper arm/assemblies for my 2008 Contessa?

The plastic clips that hold the windshield washer hose to the wiper arms are starting to disintegrate and I’m not having much luck finding similar replacements. Before I just slap a cable tie on it, I figured I would check with the mfr. Anyone know who the mfr is?

We purchased replacement parts for our windshield wipers from Am manufacturer in Jefferson, Oregon.  Monaco directed us to this company.
