I'm looking for where I should by New Suspension Air Bags for our Rig, model # and vendor would be extremely helpful. We are currently up at Copper Mountain, CO so we don't have many options.

I saved this info in case I needed it for my Coach - but I think it applies to your Coach too.
You should measure the mounting stud spacing and see if you can read the part number on the air bag to be sure its correct. If you find something different that fits post back, and I will update my info.
For buying an air bag, most truck shops that can order them for you once you have a part number, or the bag in hand.
Such as https://www.anythingtruck.com/SRCH.html?Per_Page=12&Search=air%20bags&Sort_By=disp_order&f_brand=Firestone I don't know how competitive their pricing is (I have bought stuff from them before and they are good - but have not bought air bags before).

Brent, I just purchased two for the front of my 2001 Monterey @ Beaver Coach sales (541) 322-2184 talk to Mike. He said all Monterey's from 1996 to 2002 were the same. Part # BCS00277 cost was $537.60 ea. Had the in two days they were sent Long Beach, CA. Hope this helps.

Brent, if your coach has an 8 bag suspension chances are your bags are Goodyear 1R11-121 (no guarantee). Do some research and worse case scenario pull a bag out and look at the top plate, the tag is usually there on top. That is what was on my 2002 and 2004 Thunders. Stengel Brothers in PA. have them for $174.05 each. Stengelbro.net 610-433-3149 Marty

$500 dollars for a $180 air bag is just wrong, just how much does BCS mark up their parts. I've bought one thing from them and never again.

So Marty.... can I assume this bag (Goodyear 1R11-121) will replace all 8 bags on my 2002 Patriot Thunder? Fred

Fred, I can not say for sure. From research I did for both my coaches I would say yes but to be sure you should call BCS and ask or look at your front and rear bags to see if they measure out the same. I do have a friend that had 1997 Patriot 37ft and all 8 were 1R11-121's. He is the person that put me on to Stengel Brothers. Marty

They do have a high markup. I only use BCS when no other source has the part I need - and when I know the part (part number) that I need.
BCS is a sponsor of BAC so I would like to support them as much as possible.
Suggestion for BAC: I wonder if BAC could arrange for some sort of discount for BAC members (if they mention "BAC" at checkout or such). That could improve sales for BCS and increase the value of a BAC membership.

Your correct Vince,
The part #BCS0027 is the correct Air Spring for the 2001 Monterey Seacliff 36ft on Magnum Chassis. I paid $827.00 each for a total of $1654.00. The parts also came from California may of been the same vendor, even though you where quoted a lower price. I was on vacation with my family and had to rush the repair so the RV repair cost me the $1654.00 in parts and another $1600.00 labor. However I can see utilizing this forum in future repairs will be a huge help for info and finding lower cost options.
